Who we are

Minkhal is an independent search tool that sends you to results on other car platforms and stores. We don't sell cars or show those platforms' listings in the app.

What we collect

Without an account: clicks on platform and store links (the platform, the filters you chose, the time, and a random session ID that is deleted when you close the browser). We don't use tracking cookies.

With an account: your mobile number or Google account details (ID, email if verified, name), your email if you add it, your saved searches and their alert settings, favourites, and when you gave consent.

Why we use it

To sign you in, keep your saved searches, send only the alerts you turned on, understand overall use of the service, and protect it from abuse.

Consent and alerts

We only send alerts after your explicit consent, and WhatsApp messages need a separate consent. Every message has a one-tap stop link, and you can withdraw consent in your account at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Messaging providers (SMS, WhatsApp, email) receive only what they need to deliver a message. When you open a platform, store or partner link, you move to their site and their policy applies.

Where and how long

Data is stored on servers in Saudi Arabia, kept while your account exists, and deleted when you delete it. Sign-in codes are deleted within a day.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can access, get a copy of, correct and delete your data. On “My account” you can download your data or delete your account at once.
